Returns & Exchanges
- Please submit your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order here.
- Items should be in their original condition and packaging, with labels attached.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend registered or tracked mail as we cannot be responsible for lost items.
- Once we receive your item, we’ll confirm via email.
- Exchanges may take 2–6 business days to arrive; store credits for returns may take up to 7 business days.
- Defective items can be returned to us for inspection. We’ll replace defective items free of charge. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund.
